All the Personnel concerned with Testing activities within the Laboratory familiarize themselves with Quality Documentation & Implement the Policy & Procedures in their Work. It is also ensured that the personnel keep themselves abreast with the latest International Standards related to Quality. The Management is committed to meet the compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 International Standard & Continually Improve the effectiveness of the Management System”.
OBJECTIVES :
The quality objectives of the company that is to be accomplished with this policy are :
- To Implement management system as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017
- To Periodically calibrate equipment.
- To Employ the standard procedure for testing.
- To Follow standard procedure for testing.
- To Carry out laboratory activities that lead to reliable and accurate test results.
- To Analyse findings of the Internal Audit, Non-Conformity, Customer Feedback and evaluation of training for continual improvement.
Accreditation & Approvals.
- Metalab having NABL Accredited Material Testing Laboratory in various field like Metals, Welding Technology, Soil, Cement, Aggregate, sand and related to Buildings Materials. we are also accredited in Plastic, Rubber and Paint Analysis of Coated Sheet and Articles.
- Chemical Analysis: Fe Base, Cu Base, Al Base, Ni-Base and Ti Base.
- Mechanical Test: Tensile Test, Bend Test, Rebend Test, Hardness Test, Full Tensile Test of Bolt, Proof Load Test on Nut, Impact Test as per ASTM and ISO Method.
- Corrosion Test: IGC Practice as ASTM A 262, G28, G48 and A923.
- We have also offered an On-Site Testing facility like
- On-Site Spectro Analysis in Fe, Cu, and Al Base Material.
- On-Site Hardness Test.
- On-Site Rebound Hammer Test.
- On-Site UPV Test (Ultrasonic Test) of Concrete.
- On-Site Pile Integrity Test.
- In Situ Metallography Analysis.
- Ultrasonic, Dye Penetration and Magnetic Particle Test at On-Site for Metal, casting and Fabricated Item.
- We are accredited with ISO/IEC 17025:2005 by "National Accreditation Board for Testing & Calibration Laboratory (NABL)" by Dept. of Science and Technology, Govt. of India. We also approved from IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations), We also approved from Various Type of TPI Agency like BVIS, UK Lloyds, GL-DNV, RITES, Lloyds, IRS, TUV SUD, TUV Nord, etc. and Govt. & Semi-Govt. Organisation.
